Did you know that the way you shampoo your hair has an enormous impact on your hair’s health? People are usually unaware of this fact and they struggle with their hair. Take a look at one of the most frequent problems that you do when you wash your hair:

You wait as long as you can between washes

Instead of this, wash your hair whenever you feel like washing it. It’s all up to you.

You shampoo every wash

If you wash your hair daily, skip applying shampoo every once in a while because you’re at a higher risk of dry scalp.

Scrubbing the scalp

Never do this. Instead, gently rub the shampoo into the hair to prevent damaging and breakage.

Hot showers

Avoid too hot water since it can dry out the scalp and skin. Rinse the hair with lukewarm or cold water.

You use too many shampoos

Maybe you’re the experiment type, but, try and use only one shampoo.

Pouring on the shampoo

Too much shampoo is bad for your hair. Coin size will suffice.

Towel drying

Since the hair is fragile when it’s wet, pat it dry instead of rubbing it harshly with the towel.

Brushing

Don’t brush the hair while it’s wet because your can cause breakage.

You don’t soak it

Make sure your hair is completely soaked before you apply shampoo.

Shampooing the whole head

It’s enough to shampoo the roots only. Apply a conditioner on the ends.
